This weekend (March 23-34) is the 2015 Chadron Invitational Wrestling Tournament. It is a two day tournament with wrestlers form South Dakota, Wyoming, Colorado, and Nebraska. Last year we had over 30 teams and 260 wrestlers participate in the event with the eventual champions being Campbell County from Wyoming. Chadron placed seventh with 5 place winners in 2014.

This tournament requires a great deal of cooperation between Chadron State College, Chadron Public Schools, staff and students. Many of our staff and students help with the tournament in some way. Due to the lack of subs in the district for the last few year, Chadron Public Schools has chosen to release our students at Noon on this Friday.
