Getting a Charge
We are having a lot of fun learning about magnetism and electricity. Today we experimented with static electricity. It was so much fun watching the students explore with charged balloons. The best part about it all was listening to the conversations among partners. They were applying what we had learned about positive and negative poles in magnets to positive and negative charges. We ended the lesson with a bang! We had to get rid of the inflated balloons somehow;)
